Returns
  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your watch to initiate a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, the watch must be:

    • Unworn and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer service team at info@primevillallc.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the watch back to us.

Refunds
  • After we receive and inspect your returned watch, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • If the watch is damaged, altered, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Exchanges
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your watch for a different model, please return the original watch for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
  • If you receive a damaged or defective watch, please contact us immediately at info@primevillallc.com with photos of the damage.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items
  • Gift cards and personalized or custom-made watches cannot be returned or refunded.
